This is a permanent clerical position and is not intended for students who only want one or two years work. It involves answering the telephone, greeting clients, organising the diary, ordering stationery, using excel to record completed file details; scanning on documents onto the case management system at the end of a matter and making sure all documents have been saved. Hoovering and cleaning own desk area. Using the case management system to type standard letters and ordering conveyancing searches. Dealing with sending the post and using the franking machine and on line postal system. Completing local errands. The applicant must live no further away than 30 minutes travelling to Loughton. The applicant must have at least 3 years knowledge of a case mamagement system and be able to pick up a new system fairly quickly. Training will be given on the system. There will be an opportunity to learn about the conveyancing system and procedures over time.

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 21 per week

Schedule:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
