Sales Representative

The Top Doctors Group provides a range of products that help private sector and NHS clients engage with their patients and grow their business. In the UK, these products are mainly delivered through the Top Doctors UK and the iWantGreatCare brands which are focused on patient acquisition in the private sector and patient feedback respectively.
This new sales role has been created due to the growth of the business in the Private Sector and the need to engage with many potential customers - mostly hospitals and clinics. To excel in this role, you must be an exceptionally driven salesperson with at least 5 years’ demonstrable experience of sales, preferably within the private health sector, and a proven ability to identify new opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, create proposals, close deals, hit targets and quickly learn the detail of the products you sell.
You need to have experience of selling technical and service products to healthcare organisations and working with customers to identify specific solutions that might not always be ‘off the shelf’. Ideally you will already have a large network of contacts in the private and public healthcare sectors in the UK.
**Key areas of responsibility**:
- Accountable for your own sales targets, jointly agreed with the UK Head of B2B
- Excellent management of the B2B sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, booking sales meetings, creating proposals and presentations, negotiation and strong closing skills
- Create and maintain high level relationships with senior leaders
- Write proposals and present products and solutions to clients in person and via video
- Develop a deep understand of company products and be able to communicate these to clients
- Good knowledge of legal and data aspects of contracts and agreements
- Previous experience of selling technology to private sector providers in the UK
- Experience of managing tenders and competitive processes
- Occasional attendance at customer events or health-related conferences
- Management of your own contact database and responsibility for keeping details of deals and contacts up to date in the company CRM.
**Additional information**:
- UK travel required - full driving licence a must.
- The role is primarily working from home but you should expect a mix of home working, occasional office working, sometimes abroad, and remote visits to clients.
