In Home Care are part of the fast moving **private health and social care sector**, we are continually growing our business. We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Waterlooville. We are looking for someone ‘who thinks for themselves and outside of the box’. You must be self driven, motivated, intelligent, conscientious, passionate & hardworking and a sense of humour will help.

This is a full on role in a busy ‘care’ office. You will be expected to take on all admin duties, full training is provided to carry out this position. You must have a good phone manner, a smile in your voice, a happy positive ‘can do’ attitude, with excellent skills in word and excel, outlook and general computer knowledge is required.

**Main duties will be**:
Working as part of the IHC team supporting both our service users and care assistants.

Record keeping, filing and updating the system.

Arrange and minute staff meetings.

Assist all members of the team with administrative tasks.

Maintain confidentiality and compliance.

**What we need**:
Proven administrative experience.

An excellent telephone manner.

Strong communication and organisation skills.

Willingness to learn and progress within the company.

A high standard of literacy, numeracy and computer skills.

A positive, pro-active attitude and a good sense of humour is a must.
