Due to the continued success and expansion of our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Internal Sales Assistant to join our team in St Leornards.

**The Role**

We are now recruiting for a full-time Internal Sales Person to join our team in **St Leonards.**

This position would be ideal for anyone who is currently or has recently worked in a similar trade counter environment ideally. In-house training for all computer and technical aspects of this role will be provided.

You will become an integral part of a busy branch, dealing with sales enquiries on a face to face and over the telephone basis. You will represent the branch and assist with the growth of the business working as a team to exceed sales targets.

You will ensure that the needs of the customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently whilst providing a service that ensures that customers return on a regular basis.

You may also be required to help in other roles within the branch including restocking the shop, stock control and assisting in the yard.

**The Requirements**
- Sales & industry experience preferred
- Good building product knowledge
- Computer literate
- Experience on a trade counter or within an internal sales/telephone sales role previously.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with different types of customer.
- Good telephone manner
- Friendly, articulate, customer focused.

**The Hours**

Week 1: Monday to Friday 07:30-17:00

Week 2: Monday to Friday 07:30-17:00 Saturday 08:00-12:00
