**Package**:£40,000 - £45,000 basic salary plus commission, company car, pension, healthcare, mobile, laptop

Our client are a leading global manufacturer of Packaged Water and Wastewater Solutions. Established for over 40years, they have established an enviable reputation for delivering some of the most advanced solutions to Wastewater, Rainwater Harvesting, Stormwater, Water Storage and Pumping Stations.

Continued growth and development have led to the need to recruit an industry experienced sales professional to cover the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to establish a long-term career with the support you wouldexpect from a global organisation along with the personable and customer focused approach you would expect from a smaller UK division.

**The role**:

- Generate new business through your own leads as well as through leads identified through the central sales team
- Maximise revenue streams from the existing contact network and client base from within the geographical coverage area
- Ensure existing customers are visited regularly and that accounts are managed to a high standard
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and plans for the targeting and monitoring of performance
- Develop, manage and mobilise the client base
- Assist in the implementation of the overall sales and commercial strategy
- Utilise the tools and reports available to optimise time management
- The key route to market would be through architects, specifiers and consulting engineers as well as related contacts specific to each project

**Attributes and Experience**:

- Experience of a regional sales role within the wastewater treatment or related sector
- An appreciation of the product range offered within the wastewater treatment sector
- An existing contact network and/or experience of selling into the architects, specifiers and consulting engineers sector within the South East region is required
- The ability to manage your own diary and operate effectively in a home / field based remotely managed role
- Experience of project management and coordinating teams involved in manufacturing, installation and service
- Proven skills in developing client accounts
- Technically strong with an up to date knowledge of the UK's waste water treatment standards
