**Job Role**: Recruitment Officer

**Hours**:Full Time, 8:30am - 4:30pm

**Office Based City Centre Manchester**

**Salary**: £23,000 - £25,000 (per annum)

**Start Date**:Tuesday 1st August 2023

**We are looking for**

A motivated, energetic individual looking to join a high-performing and supportive recruitment team.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role across all stages of the recruitment process.
- Writing, updating and overseeing a variety of job adverts and job specifications
- Reviewing high case load of CV’s and following up with thorough screening calls to applicants
- Scheduling interviews and undertaking initial interviews.
- Spot checking of registration of correct professional bodies.
- Updating recruitment and screening trackers
- Providing starter packs to new starters
- Effectively managing time alongside workload in a high-pressured environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- To be an effective and concise communicator with senior management and external stakeholders.
- High level of telephone manner when developing initial contact, screening and interviewing clients.
- IT skills across Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to; Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

**Essential Criteria**
- Eligibility to work in UK (unrestricted).
- At least two years’ experience within recruitment/staff services.
- Confidently able to use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as autonomously.
- Pro
- activeness and eagerness to develop in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive to succeed and excel against targets.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
- Have impeccable attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms
- Be deadline driven.
- Degree or equivalent educated

**Desirable criteria**
- Experience in health care recruitment / recruiting for oversees
