We are recruiting a Marketing Administrator to join a fun, collaborative, manufacturing company,
Creating high quality, reusable housewares and insulated food and drink products for over 20 years.With a large client base and licenced ranges to most major UK retailers, as well as many international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrylevel Marketing Administrator to join a growing business.
To provide support to the Marketing team across a wide range of marketing tasks including; new product development, market research, marketing materials, communications and other projects as required.
To use effective organizational and communication skills in order to assist colleagues within the business and manage key suppliers.
**What are the day-to-day duties of the Marketing Administrator role?**
To assist the Marketing team in the management of the marketing mix & activity for designated product ranges including:
- Products
- Pricing
- Packaging
- Promotion
To support the Marketing team in ensuring product is brought to market as specified, on time and to target costs by assisting in:
- Inputting & maintaining product information within company and customer planning systems
- Receiving, checking and sending samples
- Following up on quotations from suppliers.
- Completing cost sheets for evaluation by managers.
- Assisting in managing supplier relationships including design consultants and manufacturers.
To support the Marketing team in the successful communication and launch of new products and ranges by assisting in:
- Providing tools for the sales team such as presentations to include relevant market research, market context, product features & benefits, USPs and relevant samples.
- Creating trade marketing materials such as catalogues and online content.
- Generating and managing any PR or promotional activities
- Assisting in the planning, preparation and execution of key exhibitions and other events.
**Requirements Sills and QualificationsDesirable**
- Excellent IT skills, systems used are Navision, PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics and Excel.
- Online brands, E-Commerce, and products/brands, graphics, and têxtiles exposure
**Benefits**
