Office Admin Assistant** - The Person**

- Experience working in the motor trade / accounts not compulsory

Office Admin Assistant** - Duties**
- Processing manual invoices to purchase ledger
- Processing vehicle invoices onto stock
- Processing daily banking for all centres
- PDQ reconciliations
- Chase centres for customer bank details for refunds and overpayments
- Assist the accounts department to archive month end deadlines
- No accounts experience required, full training given
