Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director & Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Provide marketing communications support to the directors for social media, brochure content and proof reading.
- Maintain confidential files and records

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft office products for document management and collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Fast typing speed with accuracy
- Familiarity with general office procedures

We are an independent, family owned Funeral Directors, Expert Memorial Masons, and Bereavement Support Specialists. We were established in 1910 and committed to providing the highest levels of bereavement care to every family we are privileged to serve.

Providing the highest levels of care to the families we serve requires the right ethos and care from the team. We only have 1 chance to get things right and have a really special family environment.

The hours are 4 days a week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 9am - 3pm. This could be negotiable.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
