**About the role**

Due to continued growth, RS Recovery are recruiting an Admin Assistant to join our team. Based in our Tipton head office, you will report directly to the Administration Operations Manager and will support the Admin team. Experience is preferred but not essential as we will invest in your development, whilst providing a range of learning opportunities within the role and you will be encouraged to develop your ideas to help shape the future of the company.

Your role will include but won’t be limited to the following:

- Handling basic customer queries
- Chasing outstanding subcontractor invoices
- Obtaining customer purchase orders
- Logging and monitoring jobs via customer portals

**What you need to succeed**
- Confidence to communicate effectively and accurately with a wide variety of people
- Work to a high degree of accuracy, ensuring a reliable attention to detail
- Data entry skills and knowledge of databases and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Experience preferred but full training to be provided

**What you'll receive in return**

Covering an 08:00-17:00 shift pattern from Monday-Friday, you will receive an hourly rate starting from £11.44 (dependent on experience).

In addition, you will receive:

- 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
