Now let me tell you about what we are looking for in this Personal Assistant role:
We run a company that brings in multi 7 figures each year. There are alot of moving parts. You would need to **manage all things Admin**, whether that is pulling reports, managing databases or completing other miscellaneous tasks.
This job is bigger than AdClients **You will maintain home, personal & other business ventures **for the boss. Managing the schedule outside of the standard 9-5 is required here.
**Managing the owner's property portfolio** will be BIG in this role. This will involve tenancy agreements, checking in on properties from time to time. Airbnb management and more
As touched on above you help organise the individual, so you will need to be available on the weekends & evenings The owner will have things going on at all times. There will be standard working hours, but you will **occasionally need to work irregular hours.**
**Required Experience**:
**2 years of experience in admin or personal assistant work. **This will be a hands on role and a lot of spinning plates. An experienced juggler is required.

**Communication skills**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are key. You represent the company but you are also the voice of the owner.
**Understanding of**
- Administrative softwares
- Diary management
- Bookkeeping
**Can handle working on multiple projects at a time.**
- You will need to manage your time efficiently, prioritise projects and tasks. Always put the owner's needs first.
**Discretion & trustworthiness**
- You will often be privy to sensitive / confidential information.
**Flexibility & adaptability**
- You must be prepared to take on every challenge. The demands of this role may well change over time so you must be willing to adapt to meet them.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
