Hospitality/operations Manager

We are working with an exclusive group of luxury care homes and retirement developments occupying beautiful locations around the country. Their aim is to improve the quality of life for older people through our thoughtfully designed developments, individualapproach and commitment to first-class care.
The Hospitality Manager will lead and manage the catering, laundry, domestic, maintenance and reception areas working closely with their teams to provide strong leadership and inspiration ensuring the highest service standards are achieved.
- Overall responsibility for all support services within the home including catering, laundry, domestic, maintenance and reception.
- Manage the recruitment, induction and training of the support service team; ensuring training targets are met and team is competent in their roles.
- Manage the kitchen, maintenance and housekeeping budgets to ensure all expenditure targets are met.
- Manage service contracts and all aspects of building maintenance in conjunction with the Estates Manager
- Ensure the presentation of the home and grounds are to a high standard at all times
**Experience**
- Minimum of two years hospitality background
- Minimum of two years’ experience leading and managing a team
**This role will require an Enhanced DBS check**
**This role is not hybrid**
