This role is based in Birmingham with a hybrid office and working from home role.

**Customer Payment Processing / Investigation**:

- Process work and customer payments in line with agreed procedures and Lloyds Banking Group rules or scripts
- To schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis
- Learn the procedures and understand parameters of producing a quality output
- Resolve queries and escalate as necessary (i.e. a team leader/manager/other group) and log if appropriate
- Liaise with internal/external Lloyds Banking Group customers and clients
- Confident in processing customer payment transactions/instructions while maintaining high level of accuracy at all times.
- Able to work in a team
- Be flexible and committed to undertake various tasks at a similar level
- Articulate and able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients
- Responds positively to the changing needs of the business
- Identify, suggest and implement improvements to new and existing processes
- Demonstrating the Lloyds Banking Groups values and behaviours and our Codes of Responsibility in all your day to day activity
- Full 1-2-1 training and support will be provided
