**Job Title: Customer Service Delivery Representative (Telecoms Industry)
Location: Warrington

**Salary**: £110 - £110 per day**

**3 Months**

**Outside IR35**

**Hybrid
- (3 days onsite)**
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Delivery Representative to join our team in our telecoms industry in Warrington. You will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone
- Respond to customer inquiries and address customer concerns
- Manage customer accounts, resolving any billing issues
- Follow up with customers on orders and deliveries
- Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure customer orders are processed in a timely manner
- Utilise customer database systems to track customer information
Technical Skills Required:

- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of customer database systems
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
