Medical Coordinator

**Purpose of the Role**:
This newly created role will focus on supporting the Medical Director with close ties to Lead, Physiotherapist & Pit Stop Coach, and our Project Management Team in the support of trackside and factory employees based at McLaren Technology Centre, with the vision to develop the scope of the role in supporting the implementation and running of a health centre on site at MTC.
**Principal Accountabilities**:
- Strong medical secretarial skills
- Support restocking of equipment
- Medical Records / Medical Administration
- Finance - reviewing expenditure of Healix race team fund.
- Management of wearables, App and Software development / Pitstop practice and data
- To diary manage appointments and meetings for all related Human Performance staff
- Clinical Mandatory training (Safeguarding)
- Act as SPOC for External educational institutions
- Liaise with educational supervisors. Supporting project management team in the build and implementation of Human Performance based projects
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced medical or medical educational environment
- Typing and organising of medical documents
- Strong experience of working alongside medical experts
- Strong relationship building

McLaren Racing is based at the iconic McLaren Technology Centre (MTC) near Woking. The MTC is connected to Woking mainline station via regular shuttle buses, from which London Waterloo is a 30 minute train ride.
