- Full-Time, working weeks will be 5 days, working 2 Saturdays a month with a day off during the week.

Get Staff Recruitment delighted to be recruiting for this well-established Estate Agency, they are a very successful business with a high street office in Portsmouth.

Due to a recent success our client is looking for a successful Property Manager who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for customer service. Ideally you will be already working successfully in a similar role.

**Property Manager Role & Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with landlords and resolving tenant enquiries and issues
- Arranging contractors to attend to repairs, maintenance and refurbishments
- Booking and managing safety inspections
- Visiting properties to carry out Inventories, Mid Term Inspections and Check Out Reports
- Booking and chasing of Gas Safety Certificates, EICR'S, PAT tests and other important safety certificates
- Completing full referencing for prospective tenants
- Drawing up tenancy and guarantor agreements
- Work towards targets to achieve office goals

**Experience required**:

- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- Knowledge of lettings and property management legislation
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good customer service skills
- A full UK driving license
- Experience with a Property Management Software System is preferable
