We're looking for an ambitious and highly organised person, who wants the opportunity to grow a career within HR within and incredibly supportive team. We've got big growth plans for this year (and beyond) so there will be a variety of projects to get involved in, from system migrations to perfecting our onboarding process - no two days will be the same
Our Platform connects our customers to rewards and incentives from 2000+ brands that people love, all via our seamless, easy-to-use API. We’re the market leader in the UK and are active in a number of other markets including Europe, Australia and India. This year we will continue to expand our presence in the US as well as setting up operations in new countries
**If successful, you will**:
- Provide administrative support within the People function, this will include drafting employment contracts, probation letters and reference requests
- Maintain Tillo’s HR Information System, updating new hires, leavers and amendments (as well as support with a new system migration)
- Support the Talent Manager with Tillo’s recruitment administration, including background checks and document management
- Organise the onboarding schedule for new hires
- Support the People Business Partner & Financial Controller with the global payroll
- Drive the culture within Tillo, being a champion of the brand internally and externally
**About you**:
You're a confident communicator with an eye for detail, **organisational skills** are key within this role You have some experience within an administrative role, ideally with a proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
You're comfortable using Excel, and it'd be great if you have some experience using Google Workspace.
