We are looking for 1 Administrator to support the Weighbridge Co-ordinator at a busy concrete and aggregate suppliers site.
The primary role of the Weighbridge Co-ordinator is to greet customers (both internal and external drivers) and accurately record weight data using a Windows based computer system as vehicles deliver or remove materials to and from the site. This is a front line role where customer service is of paramount importance.
**Responsibilities**
- To provide Admin support to the Management team as required
- To input hours of weekly payroll
- Manage room bookings
- Reception/ front of house duties
**Working Pattern**
- 3 x 5hr days, totalling 15 hours per week
- Must be able to work a Monday, the other 2 days are flexible
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
