Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their constructions projects/sales team in Mirfield.
Role includes (but is not limited to)
- Creating and maintaining electronic filing systems
- Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes
- Issue, complete and file project documentation
- Liaise with contract and project managers and support them where required
- Liaise with sales and marketing team and support them where required
- Must be proficient in software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience with Publisher, Hubspot and Contract scheduling tool ideal (though not essential)
- Submitting planning permissions
This is a perm role, salary £26,000 per annum.
Hours
- Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm Friday 8.30am-3pm
