Receptionist/administrator Vehicle Repair Shop

**Small independent Vehicle Repair shop looking for a new permanent receptionist to manage reception and general day to day administration duties.**

**The garage has been in business for 20 years plus and has recently undergone the refurbishment of reception and the office. These areas provide a pleasant environment for the receptionist and clients alike.**

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:
Providing excellent customer service, establishing and maintaining relationships with both existing and new customers plus suppliers.

Assisting with the day-to-day administration tasks such as managing client enquiries, setting up appointments for example; services, MOT’s and repairs.

Maintaining accurate financial records and processing invoices. Creating customer invoices and taking payment.

Gaining exposure to inventory management ensuring the garage is always well stocked with essentials and parts for repairs.

Supporting the close knit team of the Manager and the Vehicle Mechanics with tasks as required.

Demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.

Be punctual and polite.

Confident and polite when customer/ supplier facing in person and on the phone.

Some customer service experience (literally any customer facing role).

Computer literate - packages used include Quickbooks, Audatex and Brightpay.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
