**Duties**:

- Dealing with Customers, providing excellent Customer Service.
- Making & Receiving telephone calls.
- Preparing/calculating Invoices and billing sheets.
- Preparing, organising and storing information either by paper or digital.
- Greeting visitors at Reception & directing them to the appropriate department.
- Scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms and managing diaries - arranging breakdown services.
- Typing, data entry.
- Dealing with Post and accepting deliveries.

**Skills**:

- Strong organisation skills.
- Excellent nummary skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work independently and work as part of a team.
- Must have proven prior experience in working in an office and providing excellent Customer Service.

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday

8.30am - 5pm

£10 per hour as a starting salary - After 12 wks it goes up to £11.00 per hour
