**Chief Operating Officer (COO)**:
A great opportunity for an experienced individual looking to be involved in a successful, growing social housing community interest company which is focused on ‘’making a difference’’.

**Our Organisation**:
Reliance Social Housing C.I.C (RSH CIC) is a not for profit registered provider of social housing, regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing. Registered in 2013, RSH CIC has expanded and innovated, providing both social and none social accommodation.

**The Role**:
**Key elements of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Strategic Planning and Governance
- Knowledge of Regulatory Standards issued by the Regulator of Social Housing
- Assists in implementing strategies for operational management and development so as to meet organisational plans and goals within budgets and timelines.
- Participates actively in implementing programs that meet organisational goals and objectives.
- Development and Assets Management Services
- Housing Management and Tenant Engagement
- Financial Management of Operational functions
- Directs and supports the smooth and efficient operation of organisational facilities.
- Line Management
- Contributes in developing, installing and controlling procedures to promote communication and adequate information flow within the organization and with partners.
- Regularly and systematically evaluates the results of overall operations and reports these results to the CEO
- Provides a strong day-to-day leadership presence, possessing an execution mind-set and a bias toward action.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Experience**:

- Experience as an existing COO or in senior leadership role: 3 years minimum experience (required)
- Good understanding of housing related finance: 3 years experience (required)
- Bachelors’ degree or relevant, related experience in non-profit, program management, facilities management, and/or related field
- Demonstrated project/program management skills, including managing and prioritising multiple tasks
- Experience in group facilitation and working as teams
- Ability to be discrete and confidential with sensitive information
- Ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours as needed

**Hours**: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week - Breakdown of hours are negotiable, but a daily presence is required.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£90,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
