We are seeking a dynamic and motivated customer service administrator to join

thrives on delivering personable and thoughtful customer service, has strong

communication skills and thinks outside of the box.

You will be working collaboratively with colleagues, liaising with suppliers and

customers to ensure the effective resolution of service related issues and customer

queries. You will also support the successful onboarding of new customers and day
- to-day administrative tasks within an expanding business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Effectively handling and resolving customer queries in a timely manner
- Acting as a key intermediary between customers, suppliers and the sales team
- Troubleshooting service delays or failures, always seeking the best resolution
- Accurate data input across various systems and platforms
- On-Boarding customers through e-signature software
- Processing ad-hoc requests and collections
- Updating and amending service schedules through waste management software
- Consistently delivering a customer focused mindset and approach
- Being a friendly and knowledgably first point of contact for potential new leads

To be successful in the role:

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Competent in IT, including Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Drive
- Result-oriented actions through logical and methodical thinking
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player with self-motivation
- Confident dealing with inbound and outbound calls and have a professional and

warm telephone manner
- Be able to multitask and prioritise your workload

Experience using ERP or CRMS would be advantageous, but full training will be

given.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
