**Job Title** - Customer Service Administrator
**Salary**:

- £23,000 - £25,000
**Location**:

- Yate, Bristol
**Contract Type** - Fulltime, Permanent position
**Hours** - Monday
- Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
**Hybrid** - 3 days in the office

**Duties of Customer Service Administrator will include**:

- Problem Solving - identifying the root cause, offering solutions- Accurately recording key activities- Prioritisation - awareness of urgency and impact- Communication - liaise and communicate with people at all levels- Teamwork - work towards a common goal-
- Respond and acknowledge all helpdesk queries on the same working day- Resolve helpdesk queries- Coordinating deliveries for customers- Load helpdesk queries, if necessary, onto the system using the agreed format- Investigate queries thoroughly tracking answers and correspondence on the system- Take responsibility for queries until resolved**Experience of the Customer Service Administrator Required**:
