We are an education charity and creative school, working with London’s most vulnerable young people. These are students who have fallen through the cracks in the education system and with an innovative approach of holistic education, designed to develop students academically, socially, physically and emotionally, we help them to overcome their personal barriers and thrive in our nurturing community. **Salary**

From £27,600 FTE per annum

**Hours**

Monday - Wednesday - 8.30am - 4.30pm, Thursday - 8.30am - 6.00pm, Friday - 8.30am - 4.00pm

**You will need**

Essential
- Experience and training in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production
- A love of creativity
- Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (Premiere Pro / DaVinci / Adobe Suite)
- Knowledge of copyright laws and permissions related to music, images, and other content used in videos
- Ability to handle logistics effectively and experience in administrative duties

Desirable
- Experience of working in a charity or creative environment
- Graphic design and/or photography skills
