Vacancy for Teaching Assistants - 2 posts

Grade 3, SCP 5-6 £23,500 - £23,893 pro rata (1 year fixed term)

St David’s RC Primary School are seeking to appoint 2 Teaching Assistants (Level 2) to work in our school on a fixed term one-year contract from 8th April 2024- 31st March 2025.

Your duties will include:

- providing support for the pupils in class, under the guidance of the teacher
- supporting interventions and small group activities, including 1:1 support
- supervision at break and lunchtimes will be required daily
- undertake training as required

The post is offered on a full-time basis (8.30am -4pm) Monday-Friday term time only. You will not be expected to work Training Days. Holidays must be taken during school holiday periods.

Experience of working in a Key Stage 2 classroom is desirable. Evidence of professional development would be an advantage.
