**Job Purpose**:
To provide professional handling of a wide range of administrative and executive supported related tasks and be able to work independently with little or no supervision. To be exceptionally well organized, flexible and enjoy dealing with customer enquiries on a daily basis. Supporting the Customer Service Manager in producing evaluated price lists for customers and organising tender documents for new customers.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Serve as the point person for customer queries and questions.
- Help organise general office staff’s priority with regards to customer phone calls.
- Work in conjunction with Customer Service Manager to maintain office policies as necessary.
- Manage relationships with Customers and company personnel.
- Support staff on Freshware to ensure phone, fax and e mail orders have been processed correctly.
- Provide general support to visitors and staff alike.
- To adhere to all company policies, rules and regulations and ensure all other staff do the same.
- Assist in delivering customer price lists as required adhering to minimum GP% required by the company.
- Assist in managing customer accounts to ensure the planned GP for the year is targeted to the required amount.
- Assist in the tender process for potential new customers and attend meetings to enhance the image of the company in attaining new business.
- To offer support to all general office staff with regards to customer information throughout the day and assist in delivering maximum customer satisfaction.
- Assist in attending customer functions at their request presenting a positive image for the company.

**Primary Objectives**:

- To support office staff in answering phone calls in good time and prioritise customers before other work
- To support the Management team in the duties of the day to day running of the office.
- To help, support and train staff with regards to Freshware for the most efficient outcomes.
- To assist in targeting areas within the business aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team in targeting new accounts and assist in the production of tender documents with a view to increase business.
- To assist in ensuring company accounts are delivering or are planned to deliver the minimum GP% within 1 year of opening.
- To assist in controlling all pricing structures for company accounts on a monthly basis.

This role is 5 days per week (8 hour shifts).
