Adecco have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Coordinator to join our highly sought after and prestigious account based in Petersfield. Our Shift Coordinator needs to be an experienced administrator, an enthusiastic and positive person with a can do attitudeto work on our late shift.

Late Shift Coordinator Salary: £25,000 per annum plus bonus

Preferred late shift hours: 2pm - 10pm Monday - Friday on site

This is a permanent role with Adecco

**_Role and responsibilities:_**
- As a Shift Coordinator, your role will be predominantly 70% shop floor based to build relationships with your contractors
- Managing circa 80 - 100 temps on shift, assisting with any general queries or issues
- Managing return to works, sickness, absence and disciplinary's
- Scheduling shifts for our workers using our scheduling tool Planbition
- Managing temporary workforce learning and development with weekly 1:1's
- Dealing with clients and various stakeholders of all levels including shift managers

**_Key Skills:_**
- Proven experience within a similar role, including administration and coordination of a volume temporary workforce
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent relationship building skills with both the client and temporary workforce
- Time management, prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS office packages and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Knowledge of HR procedures and Right to Work policies an advantage
- Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver excellent customer service
- Experience in resolving operational challenges daily
