POSITION LOCATION: Gibraltar, GI

World Fuel Services currently requires a Marine Terminal Operations Specialist to oversee HSSEQ, cargo transfer, discharge, and storage activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Yacht Terminal.
- Deliver products to customers in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
- Daily reconciliation of Point of Sale.
- Ensure all operations are conducted in a timely and safe manner with special attention to the practical company Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental policies.
- Maintain stock levels on sales and demand basis. Avoid stock outs.
- Maintain housekeeping and assist with site maintenance.
- Implement of work practices and procedures/
- Support the terminal manager.
- Record all wharfside vessel sale and prepare declarations of customs purpose.
- Seek out potential customers by being on the wharf and maintain existing customers.

Essential
- Experience of using computers and Microsoft Office products particularly Excel Spreadsheets.
- Basic Numerate ability.
- Willing to work within a shift pattern and flexible on working hours.
- Experience of working to Health & Safety procedures and experience of implementing Health and Safety practices.
- Strong Team Player who works equally well alone and can be self-motivated.
- Possession of own transport and clean driving license.
- Ability to work as a team or alone.
