**Who we are looking for**:
A Mandarin speaking Asian Customer Due Diligence Supervisor who supports the continuing growth of the Customer Due Diligence Team in Gibraltar.

Working at a supervisory level in a compliance, risk or regulatory role would be advantageous. Experience of working in the gambling industry is desirable but not essential.

Training will be provided on all aspects of the role, including verification, enhanced due diligence and safer gambling processes giving you the tools and knowledge required to analyse risk.

Successful applicants will enjoy competitive rates of pay, increasing with experience, and an excellent range of benefits. This is a full time position and you will be required to work any five days from seven on a rolling rota.

**Preferred skills and experience**:

- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.- Excellent attention to detail.- Logical thought process to reach considered decisions.- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively and clearly to management, operational staff and customers.- Ability to motivate and manage staff, providing coaching and feedback in an effective manner.- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.- Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures relating to further due diligence, responsible gambling and anti money laundering.Read more

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing completed further due diligence (FDD) and anti money laundering (AML) reports and determining the risk mitigating actions that are required.- Overseeing the day to day activities of the Customer Due Diligence team, ensuring that all reports and tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.- Providing a point of escalation for Customer Due Diligence Specialists and Customer Due Diligence Team Leaders.- Liaising with other departments regarding customer accounts.- Taking ownership of high risk cases ensuring risk is appropriately alleviated whilst maintaining an excellent level of customer service.- Working closely with the Customer Due Diligence management team regarding the management of customer accounts.Read more
