Planner / Office Admin

We currently have positions within our Wakefield office for a Planner / Office administrator. A minimum of 5 years’ experience is required.
Main day to day duties will include:
- Maintaining the day-to-day routes/queries of all heating/plumbing engineers.
- Planning routes for the following shift, taking into consideration specific requirements and requests.
- liaising with the office/parts dept regarding availability/parts.
- Calculating capacity, ensuring all Excel spreadsheets are maintained.
- Maintaining the claims that arrive through systems provided by our clients
- liaising with customer and clients to feedback reports of attendance or provide the Eta of an expected attendance.
- Creating jobs for engineers to attend and fit parts to boilers and/or heating systems within the agreed SLA
- Creating Purchase orders & then ordering the parts for Heating/Plumbing jobs
*Costing jobs up, to determine if a claim goes above a policy limit
- Chasing insurance companies for quote approval
- Contact customers with updates with regards their claim
- Update numerous client portals & our in-house software system
- Process and create van stock Purchase orders for all engineers
- Create & cost private quotes from sales leads provided by the engineers
**Hours**
We require you to be flexible to work shifts between 8am and 9pm Monday to Sunday. You will work shift Rota’s between these hours totalling 40.00 hours per week.
Due to being a 24 hours, 7 days a week company, overtime is also available during busy periods.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,795.20-£31,000.00 per year
