**About the Role
- Support the Training Assessors in ensuring all relevant documentation is prepared in advance.

- Record and monitor refresher training ensuring all activity is conducted within set time frames, working along side safety manager to provide regular updates.

- Ensure all documentation is compliant to a satisfactory standard before filing correctly.

- Set up and maintain electronic and manual filing systems.

- Support and assist the site management team.

- Collect and compile the KPI data for monthly reporting.

- Take minutes during training meetings.

- Produce supporting materials for presentations, inductions and workshops.

- Other adhoc administration duties.
- **About You
- Excellent timekeeper.

- Ability to communicate at all levels professionally and discreetly using different forms of communication (written and verbal.)

- Enthusiastic, organized, analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.

- Self disciplined and an effective personal/time planner with the ability to work within a team environment.

- Previous experience / background in training would be preferred but not essential.
