**Marketing/Social Media Executive**

**Milton Keynes - Hybrid working (1 or 2 days in the office)**

**Salary - up to £34k per annum**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing/Social Media Officer to join a marketing team, working with the leading affordable rent-to-buy provider across England, supporting the Head of Comms and Marketing in delivering strong marketing messages acrosstraditional and digital formats.

This role will also require your involvement in organising and attending conferences and events around the country, therefore travel and overnight stays are required with the role on occasions.

You’ll need excellent written English and experience in producing compelling press releases and case studies. You’ll also be running social media campaigns so good graphic design skills and video production would be a plus.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage social media activity, mostly Facebook, twitter and LinkedIn, including answering developing assets and key questions from audience
- Design marketing collateral
- Work with HoC on book for conferences and preparing briefings for events
- Help keep the website up to date, manage all the reach, engagement, enquiries from the various channels and produce reports and set up dashboards to track the activity,
- Prepare and update presentations, PDFs, eBooks
- Help write and design external newsletter press releases
- Produce videos, blogs, articles
- Manage the comms forward planning diary for activity
- Support Head of Marketing and Communications, including admin and other duties

**Required skills**
- Excellent command of written English
- Good design skills: preferably proficient at InDesign
- Accomplished in web and google analytics with a suitable level of understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
- Planning and setting up conferences and events
- Good administration skills for managing print demand, events etc

**Personal qualities**
- Self-starter with a natural creative flair and a love of design.
- Confident and able to and question and challenge colleagues
- Process-driven person who loves systems and relishes in the fact that something works well
- Good time management and juggling skills: efficient, including meeting deadlines and having time to spare
- Love of technology and data analysis, itching to make those small improvements
