Bookkeeper

**Accountant/Bookkeeper**

**Up to £20 per hour**

Puro Accountancy have partnered up with a fresh, forward thinking accountancy practice based in Harpenden. They are looking for an Accountant/Bookkeeper to join the team part time up to 20 hours a week spread across 4-5 days due to growth and expansion. This role will be a remote working from home with the occasional visits to the office for meetings once quarterly.

**The role**
- Bookkeeping up to trial balance
- Liaising directly with clients
- Managing your own portfolio of clients
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Preparing accounts
- Processing payroll & CIS

**You will need**
- Have experience with Brightpay, Xero, Quickbooks, Taxcalc, Excel
- AAT qualified
- At least 3 years UK accountancy practice experience
- Be confident working independently
- Be confident speaking with clients and visiting clients occasionally
