**What is the role?**

We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic and dynamic event staff to join our team to work at racecourse events and music festivals we having coming in Summer 2024.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all attendees have an enjoyable and unforgettable experience during the course of this amazing event.

**What will you be doing?**
- Serving beverages and snacks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Handling payment transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicating effectively with other team members and supervisors

**What do you need?**
- Prior experience in bar service is essential, you must be knowledgeable and passionate about the service you provide
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction

**Please have your uniform ready to wear before you start with us**

**Uniform**:

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £11.44-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Flexitime

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
