**The Role**

We are on the hunt for a Senior Supply Chain Planner to expand our team and help us support the growth of the business. They'll be responsible for ensuring excellent product availability of our existing products, OTIF launch of NPDs & EPDs, smart supply chain design with our vendors, optimal stock holding and coordinating the flow of products into our global warehouses.

**Here's what you need to do**:

- Develop, implement and optimise supply chain plans for a complex SKU portfolio to meet customer demand while driving inventory efficiency and maintaining global ABCD availability targets
- Monitor and analyse significant demand forecast changes in partnership with Demand Planning to anticipate / approve changes and adjust supply plans accordingly as part of the S&OP
- Partner with Demand Planning & NPD teams to build a robust NPD procurement strategy (initial pipe-fill and reorders) to launch innovations OTIF and maintain supply with optimal stock investment
- Play a key role for your categories in the IBP (integrated business planning) process (supply review)
- Coordinate the smooth exit/ transition of discon/EPDs with mínimal business disruption and waste
- Conduct ongoing category performance analysis to support insights/actions that drive revenue growth and inventory efficiency for your assigned category
- Ensure Purchase orders are raised in line with CSO/ S&OP sign off and category budget (OTB)
- Monitor and support Inventory efficiency across DC's, ensuring NPD's, EPD's and excess/obsolete stocks are proactively managed to drive global availability and Inventory efficiency as part of monthly OTB category reviews
- Support and deputise for the Senior Supply Planning Manager where required at key meetings, on priority projects along with supporting oversight of key processes like KPI reporting, Month end provisioning, Batch Management and other Inventory Management related activities
- Support ongoing review and update of Supply Planning parameters in partnership with Senior Supply Planning Manager & Master Data team e.g. Safety Stocks, CoC, Vendor Lead times etc
- Drive and support a culture of continuous improvement and lead implementation of Supply Planning best practices/processes in partnership with Senior Supply Planning Manager

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years solid experience of supply planning excellence demonstrated through strong KPI results
- Comfortable with working autonomously and being held accountable for KPIs for your categories
- Experience of working in a fast paced, challenging business experiencing extremely high growth
- A strong grasp of end to end supply chain, especially manufacturing, procurement & logistics
- Commercially astute with an understanding of FMCG, eCommerce, luxury beauty or similar
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across various functional teams and vendors
- Very comfortable with change as change is the only constant in our business
- Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of urgency & priority
- Ability to proactively and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions
- Advanced Excel skills. Strong MRP & ERP knowledge (Oracle Netsuite & Anaplan ideally)
