We are looking for someone to join our very friendly Overpayments team. You will be a proficient, accurate and great administrator focusing on delivering an excellent service with a real desire to help people. Working within the Salary Overpayment team, covering a variety of case management activities a highly motivated person with the fantastic ability to resolve queries is just what we need
This is a Hybrid role so you will be working in the office 2 days and from home for the rest of the week
**What you will be doing**:
Contribute to the delivery of a high quality Finance Service to multiple clients
Handling payroll overpayments with sensitivity, often involving managing complex and personal information with integrity
Liaise confidently with internal team members/colleagues to ensure cases are brought to a satisfactory conclusion
Resolve queries and raise accordingly
Maintain records for audit purposes
Ability to work to deadlines and follow detailed policy documents
**What you’ll bring**:
MS Office and Oracle experience
Experience of working with teams across multiple sites
Good negotiating/decision making skills and experience of dealing with difficult conversations
Experience of providing excellent customer service, which builds confidence and trust
Excellent communication skills and experience of being able to take care of the management of casework, queries and policy issues, leading to the resolution of exceptions.
Experience of staff debt and/or overpayments case management, some form of debt collection experience would be useful.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with attention to detail, accuracy and good problem solving skills
