**£25,000 per annum**
We're currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join a market leading dealership based in Boston. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with customers to determine their parts needs
- Look up and provide accurate parts information to customers
- Process parts orders and returns
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel or similar software
- Assist in organising and maintaining the parts department
- Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency
The person we seek will ideally have experience within a busy automotive type business. Proactive and resourceful you will have a committed approach to customer care and an excellent communicator with knowledge of the computer system ADP/Kerridge a great advantage
**Responsibilities**:
- Experience of commercial Vehicle / Automotive dealerships
- Positive, can do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of a busy parts environment whilst using multiple systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
