**Role Description**

The main purpose of the role is to provide assistance to the Director of Business Transformation and Customer Experience with the delivery of her business objectives.

As Executive Assistant, you will be working closely with the leadership team while collaborating with colleagues across the wider business towards the delivery of projects, actions, and various ad hoc tasks, with Personal Assistant duties incorporated into the role.

You will be responsible for the creation of numerous reports and presentations and will have exposure to key strategic discussions and decisions, which will provide you with an in-depth insight into the business.

You will be required to work with and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the company to produce the best outcome for the business.

**About You**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- You will manage diary events ensuring all meetings are scheduled, travel logistics arranged and corporate planning timescales are met.
- Ensures key meeting reports, minutes, slide packs/meeting papers, action updates and presentations are completed and issued in good time.
- Gather and prepare expense claims.
- Carry out research, analysis and prepare presentations to provide insight ahead of internal and external meetings.
- Take ownership and co-ordinate all reporting requirements.
- Take part in project work, as agreed. Provide assistance as and when required on ad-hoc project and analysis work.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven EA or PA experience at a senior level.
- Exceptional organisational skills to ensure that work is prioritised appropriately, deadlines are met, and key stakeholders kept updated.
- Able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, even whilst potentially working on a number of complex tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrates effective influencing and collaboration skills.
- Able to work in a pro-active and decisive manner, even when dealing with ambiguity or changing priorities.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.
- Project management.
- Research and analysis.
- Interpreting data.
- Report preparation.
- Delivering presentations.

**Qualification requirements**:

- ACII qualification advantageous, but not mandatory.
