On offer in a great opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a rapidly growing team, and play a significant role in a critical phase for the company as it continues to develop and grow exponentially.
In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will work in the office and visiting client sites, in a varied, interesting and challenging position and be able to hit the ground running and make significant contributions from the get go.
This role would suit an experienced IT Support Engineer with significant commercial experience as an IT support engineer, who is keen to play a vital part in the success of rapidly growing company moving forward.
**The Role**:
- General IT support
- support through effective use of the support ticketing system
- Assist end users with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network and server issues.
**The Person**:
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems
- Good understanding of Hyper-V and/or VMware
