The rate of pay would be up to £30 per hour depending on your location and this is negotiable.

**Responsibilities of this role**:

- To screen referrals, move cases through the system to the most appropriate team or person in the organisation and provide oversight and professional support to providers and partner agency colleagues
- To work within the framework provided by statute, guidance, policies and procedures.
- To undertake safeguarding investigations and attend strategy meetings and MDT meetings to progress enquiries as necessary
- Must be autonomous worker with sound knowledge of Care Act 2014 and all relevant legislation relating to adults with care or support needs and their carers

**Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to£250 for Qualified Social Workers, Terms apply**

**Requirements of the role**:

- Social Work England registered
- Minimum 3 years of experience in safeguarding
- Good knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, Care Act and Safeguarding principles
- Must hold a UK driving license
