Provide clear and concise reports outlining assessment findings, recommendations, and rationale, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
Stay informed about changes in legislation, policies, and best practices related to mental capacity and best interest assessments, and integrate this knowledge into practice.
Advocate for the rights and well-being of individuals lacking mental capacity, promoting their autonomy and involvement in decision-making to the fullest extent possible.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, records, and case notes in compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
Participate in supervision, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to best interest assessment and social work practice.A recognised social work qualification (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work).
Registration with the relevant professional regulatory body (SWE).
