SAS Team Manager Social Worker - Hartlepool, UK
27 - £35 Per hour
Randstad Care is currently recruiting for an experienced SAS Team Manager Social Worker for the Hartlepool Borough Council.
This role involves managing and leading a dedicated team to ensure the effective delivery of social care services, particularly focusing on safeguarding adults and vulnerable groups.
Team Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SAS team, including case allocation, supervision, and support of staff.
Safeguarding: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to adult safeguarding.
Collaboration: Work closely with partner agencies to coordinate services and support for adults at risk.
Conduct regular supervision and performance reviews for team members, supporting their professional development.
Undertake social care assessments, support planning, and monitor service delivery to ensure high standards.
Qualifications: Must be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
Experience: Substantial experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a social care setting, with a strong background in safeguarding.
A thorough understanding of legislation, policies, and procedures related to adult safeguarding and social care services.
Competitive pay rate: £27 - £35 Per hour
