Post-production/Content Operations Coordinator
CPS Group UK are delighted to be seeking a highly organised Operations Coordinator, with experience in Post-production, Content Operations or other VOD/Streaming environments. The role will focus on managing post-production vendors, with a particular focuson content security and compliance of vendors and third-parties.
The Coordinator will be comfortable working in a team environment, building relationships with partners at all levels, and adapting to meet the varying needs of unique clients; whilst also being self-motivated to lead projects autonomously and comfortable actingas the primary representative for the department.
Role Requirements
*Manage third party security assessment workflows process
*Ensure third parties are processed and tracked using the internal Walt Disney Studios GRC platform and ensure training
*Collate New Production related data (intake forms) and validate
*Output data into a TV/Production tracker
*Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and related communication
*Engage with various manager to review existing methodologies and improve where possible
*Create presentation materials used for quarterly updates with key stakeholders
*Create or update presentation decks ahead of critical business meetings
*Generate monthly KPI & reports
*Maintain incident tracker using online service
Required Skills & Experience
*Knowledge and understanding of Media Production / Post-production
*3-5+ years of professional experience in organizational management, communications, or similar fields
*Excellent written, verbal, editorial and presentation communication skills
*Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information effectively
*Proven ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
*Ability to deal with ambiguity and fast-paced change driven by growth and client expectations
*Experience in presentation development and delivery
*Ability to adapt to new technologies and trends and learn new tools or skills
*Comfortable working both autonomously and in a collaborative environment
