**What will you be doing as a Sales Administrator**:

- Working as part of a small team you will be dealing with a mixture of existing and lapsed customers to provide excellent customer service and develop relationships. Duties will include:

- Working with a mixture of inbound and outbound calls to customers to take orders and provide excellent customer service
- Advising on product suitability and availability
- Creating quotes for customers
- Updating customer records
- Liaising with other departments and overseas suppliers
- Carrying out a mixture of customer service and administration work

**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:

- Ideally experience in a similar sales administration, account manager or other business to business sales support or customer service role
- Someone with office based experience and a good phone manner could also be suitable
- An upbeat and outgoing character with a strong team focus and the ability to build relationships
