**Investment Management Service Administrator**

**Based: Guildford area**

**Salary: To £25k + benefits**

Lloyd Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a highly professional, well established financial services organisation that seek an analytically minded Administrator to join their Investment department.

The role is heavily administrative focused and requires a very keen eye for detail and an extremely high level of accuracy.

The client will support studies for professional qualifications (IMC, DipPFS). They operate a hybrid working pattern, 3 days office based, 2 days WFH.

**Investment Management Service Support**
- Learn the main IMS job role - rebalancing of clients’ portfolios back to the originally agreed asset allocation
- Liaise with Adviser regarding what has been agreed with client relating to policy inclusion and benchmark asset allocation
- Become familiar with investment funds, their structure, asset allocation and charges
- Provide ongoing input into the improvement of the service

**Investment Management Service Administration**
- Ensure documentation sent out to client for authorisation in a timely manner
- Ensure all recommendations are checked by authorised individual prior to sending to client
- Update IMS database with new clients details and any bespoke requirements
- Manage transaction of investment instructions on receipt. Subsequent diary entries to be actioned/chased within company set timeframes. Supervisor to be informed in advance if this is not achievable
- Any forms to be processed on same day as received, system updated and copy scanned
- All received documents to be scanned to relevant client file on day of receipt
- Diary entries to be updated with clear and concise notes throughout any activity timeline
- Client information to be continually monitored and improved upon. All information received regarding the client to be entered on to IMS system, if appropriate, on day of receipt

**Strategic Administration Support**
- Any other administrative work in office to be undertaken as required following administrative procedures

The client seeks a strong administrator with a keen interest in the investment/financial services industry, any previous experience within investment administration and/or financial services would be advantageous.

Previous industry experience is not essential however, the essential requirement is to be analytically minded and have an extremely high standard of accuracy, so the client will be aware of the administrative experience gained and the environment it has been gained from i.e., legal, insurance, accountants etc.

The client offers a very friendly and professional working environment so a personality to match is also essential, you should be articulate, excellent written and spoken English, and a strong team player who is willing to muck in to ensure daily tasks are achieved.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
