Talent Acquisition Advisor

My Client, a large Logistics organisation based in Stanford-Le-Hope are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a fixed term basis of 18 months.

**Purpose of the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Talent Acquisition Partner in undertaking direct sourcing activities using Boolean searches, professional networks, social media and referrals.
- Ensuring all adverts are posted to correct channels in a timely manner.
- Assisting in the review of routes to market, performance of job boards/agency suppliers, making any necessary improvement suggestions.
- Undertaking any necessary salary benchmarking, market data research when required.

**Qualifications:**
- Experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition setting
- Strong commercial acumen
- Track record of managing end to end recruitment process
- Practical experience of using Applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confidence speaking with stakeholders of all seniorities.

This role would certainly suit a Recruitment Consultant that sits within the Industrial sector or an internal recruiter with strong recruitment experience
