Our clients are looking to recruit a PA/Administrator to assist in the running of their firm of Commercial Property Consultants and Residential Lettings.

The position includes acting as receptionist to the general public as and when people may come in to the office, as telephonist routing phone calls, dealing with commercial property enquiries, and to generally act as PA to the Managing Director.

Experience gained in a similar environment would be advantageous.

**Skills required**:

- Typing speeds of about 80 wpm.
- To be competent in Microsoft Office platforms.
- Working knowledge of Sage or other accounting software.
- Good telephone manner.
- Smart appearance.
**Main job role**:

- Typing all correspondence including valuation reports and Heads of Terms documents.
- Dealing with commercial property enquiries.
- Production of commercial property details and uploading to various property websites.
- Production of all invoices and responsible for chasing payment where necessary.
- Liaising with clients and solicitors in respect of commercial transactions.
- Providing cover for Lettings Manager in her absence and dealing with lettings enquiries and maintenance issues.
- Purchase ledger/sales ledger admin.
