**Duties**:

- Collaborate with CEO and team to conceptualise, sketch, and prototype innovative pet care products.
- Manage new product development from conception to sourcing, fostering supplier relationships.
- Translate designs into detailed specs, considering pet behaviour, safety, and user experience.
- Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
- Conduct market research, analyse competitors, and identify innovation opportunities.
- Generate new product ideas, develop design briefs, and create detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment and optimise manufacturability.
- Drive quality assurance processes, conduct product audits, and implement design revisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies

Experience and Personal Attributes:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering, or related field OR
- Proven experience in product development, preferably in the pet care industry.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Strong sketching, prototyping, and design software skills.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
