Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our friendly team based in Newcastle.

**Salary - **£27,000 plus bonus

**Type - **Permanent, Full Time

**Working Pattern - **Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

This role involves managing the Customer Service team to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction in line with our Customer Service Policy.

**Key areas of responsibilities include**:

- Being the first point of call for all customer care enquiries and ensuring these are resolved.
- Interpreting information from customers in order to accurately identify their requirements.
- Providing knowledge and advice to customers on products and services.
- Sending accurate quotes to customer care departments, buyers and surveyors.
- Interpreting inspection reports and relaying the findings to customers.
- Participating in general office duties, such as answering phone calls, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, and other housekeeping tasks.

**Key Requirements**:

- Articulate, friendly, computer-literate and an excellent communicator
- Strong team player
- Previous experience is advantageous but not essential
